Shipping Information
AUSTRALIAN & NZ SHIPPING ONLY
We currently only ship within Australian & New Zealand. On purchase you will receive and notification email. On fulfillment you will be provided a tracking number.
We want to make you shopping experience as enjoyable as possible, and if that means we need to absorb, some of the cost, that's fine by us. We would rather you have a great experience and come back and do business with us again.
We currently ship Australia wide via Australia Post. Orders under 10kg $8 flat shipping fee. 10kg & over, a flat fee of $15 applies. Express post extra fees are incurred.
FULFILLMENT
Our aim is to ship our product to our customers ASAP. If orders are placed before 1pm, your item(s) will be shipped the same day, Monday to Friday.
DELIVERY TIMES
It will take 3-10 days from order to deliver to your door, Australia wide. Express post will have your delivery arriving 1 to 5 days from your order.
DAMAGES & MIS-SHIPS
Customers shall verify the contents of each shipment upon receipt. Claims must be made to us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. If there is a discrepancy or if any items were damaged during transit, you must retain the box / package that the item(s) arrived in so that we may file a report with the carrier. This includes but is not limited to mis-ships, damages, and/or defective items.
